If you want to be in the MLS and are willing to work directly with buyers and their agents, we we have a Discount MLS Listing program!
A one time $399 fee gets you in the MLS, and the only commission you would pay at closing would be the commission you agreed to pay to the broker who found your buyer (not the listing broker), usually in the 2.5 to 3% range. Example: if you sold a $400,000 property with our plan, promising to pay a 2.8% commission, your total cost would be $11,200, plus the $399 already paid in advance,
for a total of $11,599, only 2.9% of the selling price.
Best of all, you can continue selling on your own for NO COMMISSION!
If you found your own buyer first with no help from us or any other broker,
you would pay ZERO commission.
