Our marketing plan combines the best of both worlds of selling on your own and having a broker who finds you a buyer without having to be in the MLS for a
5 or 6% commission.
It lets you continue to sell on your own, just as you are now. If you find your own buyer with no help from us, you of course pay no commission. On the other hand, if as a result of our efforts we found a buyer for you who successfully bought your property, you would pay us that 2.5 to 3% you agreed to. There is no charge for this basic service.
What we can also do is make the thousands of brokers in your market area aware of the fact that you would pay that commission via an Email Campaign, emailing each broker an online photo-flyer of your property. If any one of them found your buyer before you or we did, you would pay just that broker the commission. There is a $99 fee for the Email Campaign.
